Delivery & Shipping
Last updated 20 September 2026
Every piece is dispatched insured from Sandton and delivered by courier anywhere in South Africa. Nothing leaves the house until your payment has cleared and the piece has been checked one last time.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the Republic of South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time. Deliveries are to a physical street address only — we cannot deliver to a post-office box. Remote or outlying areas may require an extra working day and, occasionally, a surcharge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.
Shipping cost
- Orders R2 500 and over
- Free insured delivery.
- Orders under R2 500
- A flat R150, insured.
- All prices
- Shown in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT. The full price, including delivery, is displayed in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch & delivery times
We authenticate and check every piece by hand before it ships, so dispatch is deliberate rather than instant.
- Dispatch
- Within [1–2] working days of your payment clearing.
- Main centres
- Typically 2–3 working days from dispatch (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban).
- Regional & outlying
- Typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
These are estimates from our courier and are not guaranteed dates. We will send you tracking details once your piece is collected. Under section 46 of the ECTA, unless we have agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of your order; if we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Receiving your piece
- Deliveries are made during business hours and usually require a signature.
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the piece.
- Inspect the outer packaging on arrival. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, note it with the courier and contact us the same day.
- Keep the packaging, seals and provenance card — they are needed if you later wish to return the piece (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
Risk & insurance
Every shipment is insured for its full value while in transit. Risk in a piece passes to you on delivery — that is, when the piece is handed over and signed for at the delivery address. Until then, a loss or damage in transit is ours to resolve.
Delays
Courier networks can be affected by weather, load-shedding, strikes or public holidays. If your delivery is running late, contact us on WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your order reference and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.
This page is a summary of how we deliver and does not limit your rights under the ECTA, the CPA or any other South African law. It is not legal advice.
